Seamless carbon steel pipe is a hollow pipe made of carbon steel as the main material. It is produced through hot rolling, cold rolling, or cold drawing after perforating a whole round steel or solid pipe. Its core feature is the absence of welds and a continuously closed cross-section, providing higher strength, pressure resistance, and deformation resistance.
Raw Material Processing: Round tube billets are cut into lengths of about 1 meter and softened in a high-temperature heating furnace.
Piercing Forming: Performed using a tapered roller piercing machine for high efficiency across various steel types.
Rolling and Sizing: Includes hot rolling (three-roller oblique rolling/extrusion) for structural parts and cold rolling/drawing for mechanical precision parts.
