Customized High-Precision 310S 310h Alloy Stainless Steel Seamless Tube for Superheaters

310S (UNS S31008) and 310H (UNS S31009) seamless stainless steel tubes are high-alloy austenitic grades specifically engineered for extreme heat resistance. Both offer outstanding oxidation resistance up to 1150°C continuously, excellent corrosion resistance (PRE ~25), good ductility, and weldability. The key difference lies in carbon content: 310H (0.04-0.10% C) provides superior high-temperature strength above 800°C for demanding applications like furnace parts, burners, and thermal processing systems, though requires avoiding prolonged exposure between 425-860°C to prevent embrittlement. 310S (≤0.08% C) offers better resistance to wet corrosion in cyclic or lower high-temperature environments, such as hot acid vessels in food processing.
