Manufacturing Method:
According to different production methods, it can be divided into hot rolled pipe, cold rolled pipe, cold drawn pipe, extruded pipe, etc. Hot-rolled seamless pipe is generally produced on the automatic pipe rolling mill. solid tube blank is cut to the required length, centered on the end face of the piercing end, then sent to the heating furnace for heating and perforated on the piercing machine. In order to obtain seamless pipes with smaller size and better quality, cold rolling, cold drawing or both methods must be adopted.

🔥 Heat Treatment Process
Annealing: Heating to proper temperature and slow cooling to reach equilibrium state for better service properties.
Normalizing: Air cooling after heating to improve cutting performance of materials.
Quenching: Rapid cooling in water or oil to increase hardness.
Tempering: Keeping quenched pipes at an appropriate temperature to reduce brittleness.

Specification: Outer diameter of hot-rolled pipe is 32~630mm. Wall thickness 2.5~75mm. Outer diameter of cold rolled (cold drawn) pipe is 5~200mm. Wall thickness 2.5~12mm. The internal and external surfaces of steel pipes shall be free of cracks, folds, folds, delamination, hairlines and scabs.
