Product Description

Alloy Steel Forged Tube

The forging machine is used to exert pressure on the metal blank to produce plastic deformation in order to obtain the processing method of forgings with certain mechanical properties, certain shapes and sizes. Through the continuous beating of the pipe fittings, the original segregation, porosity, porosity, slag inclusion in the ingot is compacted and welded, its organization becomes more compact, and the plastic and mechanical properties of the metal are improved.

3. Heat Treatment & Sampling

Special heat treatment is carried out to achieve the highest quality standards. Sampling follows NB/T47008-2017 standards for Grade IV forgings.

4. Final Inspection & Surface Treatment

Analysis of size, appearance, ultrasonic testing, and magnetic particle inspection. Surface anti-rust treatment and marking.
