Advanced bright annealing process is used in a closed furnace under the protection of argon and nitrogen to keep the surface not exposed to oxygen, maintaining a bright and clean original metal surface inside and outside. Precise temperature control (±5ºC) ensures even annealing and optimal mechanical performance for bending and reaming treatments.
Quality is ensured through an automatic heat piercing production line, temperature-controlled natural gas annealing furnace, precision cold rolled equipment, and automatic picking passivation equipment. Testing capabilities include direct-reading spectrometers, ultrasonic fault detectors, eddy current flaw detectors, hydrostatic test machines, and universal testing machines.
