Seamless Tubes require high precision size tolerances. These are primarily utilized in ships, marine platforms, bullet trains, and aerospace equipment. Applications include fine dense card sets for instrument tubes, hydraulic brake tubes, oil well control pipelines, chemical injection pipes, and electric heating steam tubes.
Our advanced bright annealing process uses a closed furnace protected by argon and nitrogen. This ensures the surface is not exposed to oxygen, preventing oxide skin and keeping both the interior and exterior of the tube bright and clean. Accurate temperature control (±5ºC) ensures even annealing and optimal mechanical performance for bending and reaming.
Quality is ensured through an automatic heat piercing production line, temperature-controlled natural gas annealing furnaces, and precision cold-rolled equipment. Inspection capabilities include direct-reading spectrometers, ultrasonic fault detectors, eddy current flaw detectors, and hydrostatic test machines.
