Spiral Steel Pipe (SSAW) is manufactured by rolling low-carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel strip at a specific spiral angle (forming angle) into a tube blank, followed by precision welding of the seam. This process allows for the production of large-diameter pipes from relatively narrow steel strips.
All pipes undergo rigorous hydraulic testing, tensile strength evaluation, and cold bending performance checks to ensure they meet international industrial requirements.
Our production units offer high quality and efficiency. A single spiral welded pipe unit's capacity is equivalent to 5-8 sets of straight seam welded pipe equipment, ensuring high-volume project requirements are met with consistent quality standards.
