Welded Tubes require the precision of size tolerance, which are mainly used in ships, marine platforms, bullet train, aerospace equipment and so on for the fine dense card sets connected instrument tube, hydraulic brake tube, oil well control pipeline, chemical injection pipe and electric heating steam heating tube.
We have introduced advanced high-speed precision multi-roll mill and bright annealing furnace. High-speed precision multi-roll machine can greatly improve the tube diameter and wall thickness tolerance. The seamless tube diameter tolerance is up to 0.3%D, and the wall thickness tolerance is up to 3%S, which effectively solve the problem of size tolerance of connection of precision steel tubes and cutting sleeves.
Advanced bright annealing process is used in a closed furnace under the protection of argon and nitrogen to keep the inside and outside of the tube bright and clean without oxide skin. Furnace temperature is accurately controlled at ±5ºC to ensure even annealing and superior mechanical performance for bending and reaming treatment.
To ensure high quality, the factory owns an automatic heat piercing production line, automatic temperature-controlled natural gas annealing furnace, precision cold rolled line equipment, and automatic picking passivation equipment. Testing equipment includes Germany-imported direct-reading spectrometer, ultrasonic fault detector, eddy current flaw detector, hydrostatic test machine, and impact tester.
