Our tubes require precision size tolerances and are primarily used in marine platforms, aerospace equipment, bullet trains, and high-density instrument sets. This includes hydraulic brake tubes, oil well control pipelines, and chemical injection pipes.

Advanced Manufacturing: We utilize high-speed precision multi-roll mills and bright annealing furnaces. Our precision multi-roll machines significantly improve diameter and wall thickness tolerances. The seamless tube diameter tolerance reaches up to 0.3%D, and wall thickness tolerance reaches 3%S.

Bright Annealing: Using a closed furnace under argon and nitrogen protection, we ensure the tube surface is not exposed to oxygen. This process prevents oxide skin, maintaining a bright and clean original metal surface both inside and out. Temperature is accurately controlled within ±5ºC to ensure even annealing and superior mechanical performance for bending and reaming.

Quality Assurance: Our facilities feature automatic heat piercing lines, precision cold rolled equipment, and temperature-controlled pickling passivation. Inspection equipment includes direct-reading spectrometers from Germany, ultrasonic/eddy current flaw detectors, and hydrostatic test machines.
