Product Description
DIN 2448 is a standard that gives specifications for seamless carbon steel pipes and tubes including conventional masses per unit length, dimensions, couplings in addition to weights. Replaced by EN 10210, the DIN 2448 Seamless Steel Tubes could be hot formed either with or minus the consequent heat treatment. These hollow pipes could be cold formed with the use of a subsequent heat treatment process in order to achieve metallurgical conditions equivalent to those components as those seen amongst hot formed products.

Corrosion Protection: To improve the corrosion resistance property of the material, a zinc galvanized version of ASME B36.1M Din 2448 seamless hot rolled steel tubes is available. A thick layer of zinc protects the material from atmospheric corrosion.
